2024 Fall Cottonwood Art Festival Volunteer Sign Up

Cottonwood relies on over 200 volunteers to help run the interactive ArtStop stations with fun activities from painting on a canvas to fiber/yarn arts! Volunteers are hands-on; taking tickets, overseeing supplies and assisting with the craft when needed. We are extremely grateful for the commitment, hard work and never-ending smiles of our volunteers who make Cottonwood such a wonderful experience for so many!

*Volunteers must be 16 or older without a guardian (14-15 years old may volunteer alongside an adult parent/guardian)

*Volunteers receive a white "Cottonwood Volunteer" t-shirt to wear onsite (and keep)

*Volunteers must be available for the ENTIRE shift

*Volunteers may only sign up for one space during the same shift; duplicates will be removed; you may sign up for as many different shift times as you are able to work. Please do not sign up for more shifts than you can work.

*Parent and student volunteers working together must BOTH complete a form to reserve the correct number of volunteer spaces

*All volunteers must sign up online in advance

*No walk-in volunteers the day of the event will be accepted
