2023 Huffhines Harvest Fest Featuring Pawtoberfest Volunteer Sign Up

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Huffhines Harvest Fest featuring Pawtoberfest! 

Please note Pawtoberfest volunteers will be working with animals (dogs) and owners. Specific station assignment will be made onsite at check-in. 

Pumpkin Patch and Scarecrow Village volunteers: Stations will be assigned at check in for those areas as well. 

Floaters: Will be assigned to help in different areas, based on current needs. We appreciate your flexibility.

*Volunteers must be 16 or older without a guardian (14-15 years old may volunteer alongside an adult parent/guardian)

*Volunteers must be available for the ENTIRE shift

* Volunteers may sign up for as many shifts as they would like to work

*Parent and student volunteers working together must BOTH complete a form to reserve the correct number of volunteer spaces

*All volunteers must sign up online in advance

*No walk-in volunteers the day of the event will be accepted
